Your OM YA Design Yoga Bolster is an elongated cushion that is specifically designed for use in yoga practice. Its various uses can help make the practice more pleasant and supportive. Yoga poses that need to be held for a long time are better performed with the stabilization of a bolster. Limited physical flexibility can also be overcome with the help of a bolster.
Yoga Bolsters are often used for yoga styles such as Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Hartha Yoga and for meditation. The yoga bolster can also provide soothing relief for back pain and headaches if you stay on it for some time while bending back.
All yoga bolsters are handmade by us with love, are a useful tool for your yoga moments and are definitely a visual highlight on your OM YA yoga spot.
This OM YA Yoga Bolster is made from cotton canvas. The material is made of cotton yarn woven using a special weaving technique to create a dense, sturdy structure. The fabric is particularly durable against wear and tear.
We source this textile from a GOTS certified company and print it with our own OM YA designs, suitable for your yoga spot.
The inner bolsters are made of cotton and are filled with spelled husks from the region. They can be removed if necessary to wash the bolster cover. For some time now, the inner cushions have had an opening through which spelled husks can be refilled if necessary.
The bolster cover and the inner bolster are made by hand in our studio near Hamburg.

After your order has been sent, you have two weeks to test your OM YA products. If you are not satisfied, you can initiate a return process within these 14 days.
