Does OM YA also ship abroad?
Yes, we ship our items all over the world. The shipping costs are determined in the checkout area and depend on your region. From 150€ we ship free of charge, worldwide.
How long does it take to receive my orders?
Unless a different deadline is specified in the item description, the goods will be delivered
in Germany within 2-3 days, for international deliveries, within the EU in 7 days, Europe (non-EU)
within 1o days and worldwide within 14-30 days.
How does delivery take place with different delivery times?
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements.
In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time, which you
you ordered.
How can I return an item?
To do this, log in to the protected area and go to your order overview and select the items from the order that you would like to return. Please then select the reason for your return in the dropdown and send out the request. After confirmation from our returns team, you can send us the goods, please in the original box and complete. After verification we will send the payment back. You can track every step up to the repayment in your account area.
