Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it. You may test the products, but do not use them in a way that shows obvious signs of wear. We reserve the right to deduct a reduction in value from the refund if the item is clearly used.

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt. Please send us your return request using the following return form. We will immediately send you a return slip. Please complete and enclose this with your return so that we can identify the return upon receipt.

Please send your items in the original box. Upon receipt, we will check them for completeness and condition as quickly as possible.

Items returned to us without a prior online return request will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not possible. Please return the item and purchase the desired item separately.


Refunds
We will notify you by email once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
