How can I return my items?
To do this, log in to the protected area and go to your order overview and select the items from the order that you would like to return. Please then select the reason for your return in the dropdown and send out the request. After confirmation from our returns team, you can send us the goods, please in the original box and complete. After verification we will send the payment back. You can track every step up to the repayment in your account area.
Which shipping service provider should I choose for the return?
In general, you can send back to us using any shipping service provider. We recommend returning with DHL.
How should I package the return?
It's best to use the original boxes from the shipment. Please pack everything so that the goods reach us undamaged. We can only fully refund goods that reach us without defects.
How long does it take until I get my money back?
After receipt of the return, our returns team checks the goods for completeness and defects. If everything is ok, our system will send the refund to the payment service provider and you will receive your money back within a few days.
