Your OM YA Design eye pillow helps you relax your eye muscles and minimize visual distractions during the Shavasana phase or meditation. Its weight allows you to passively keep your eyes closed and thus concentrate better on your thoughts and feelings.
But your eye pillow isn't just a good support for yoga. Even if you have sleep disorders or even headaches, blocking out light and the slight acupressure effect caused by the weight of the filling can have a beneficial effect.
Matching our yoga bolsters, they are made from soft Oeko-Tex certified cord. Your inner cushions are made of 100% cotton filled with rice.
